Founded in 2016, in Londrina, Bonö Fotovoltaico was the first company of Bonö Energia group .With the purpose of generating clean energy for the corporate and agribusiness market, it is already considered one of Brazil's largest EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies and now celebrates being in the “Growing Business” Ranking, by Exam magazine.

The ranking classifies the 205 companies that grew the most between 2020 and 2021, considering revenue. Bonö debuted straight in the 6th position of the ranking, in the highest category “30 to 150 million”. The recognition came after the 173% growth from one year to the next.

“We have been working with a focus on expanding the business, so we are very happy to be included in the ranking. This motivates us, even more, to continue working with responsibility, customized solutions, and focus on results.”

comments executive director Vitor Ferrari.

BUSINESS MODEL AND DIFFERENTIALS

Operating with a focus on the B2B market Bonö Fotovoltaico provides complete support, from service to after-sales, in projects with different levels of complexity. All stages are planned and carried out with the support of a highly specialized engineering team, which is a great differential and brand commitment.

“We work daily to offer our customers the highest level of quality, before, during, and after project delivery. Knowing about solar energy is not enough, it is necessary to know how to find efficient and profitable solutions for agribusiness, industries, and retail”

says Marcelo Abuhamad, Bonö's commercial director.

According to Abuhamad, the company's priority is customer success. In this sense, the company's differentials are strategically planned, aiming to guarantee excellent results from end to end.

“In addition to the engineering structure, we understand that six other factors are fundamental to our client's success: planning and management of works, contract administration, excellence in execution, after-sales services, contractual security, and performance guarantee. With these well-structured pillars, without a doubt, Bonö has a business maturity greater than the industry average. We offer security and results, which are two important differentials for B2B operations,”

says Abuhamad.

CLIENTS AND PROJECTS

Since the solar energy sector is relatively new in Brazil, finding experienced suppliers with a broad portfolio can be a great challenge. As a result, Bonö sought to accelerate the learning process and build a solid base of technical and practical knowledge.

In this sense, it has ensured performance in large projects and, until now, has already surpassed the mark of more than 1000 projects carried out, putting into operation more than 175 thousand modules and being responsible for the new WEG plant, a Tracker plant with a power of 6.94 MWp in the city of Lavras in Minas Gerais.

Among the projects developed by Bonö, the following clients stand out: Ambev, Balança Açores, Bom Futuro, Cooperativa Integrada, EDP, G10, JBS, Curitiba City Hall, Randon, WEG, among others. In addition, the company has strengthened its operations in the regions of Goiânia, Distrito Federal, and São Paulo.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERSPECTIVES

From a corporate point of view, Bonö has also achieved significant results and, most recently, had the Great Place to Work seal. In addition, it was included in an even more select group: the ranking of the 10 best companies in the Energy sector, ranking 3rd. Also, by maintaining an accelerated pace of growth, it has an aggressive expansion plan focused on meeting operational and strategic needs. In the first half of 2022, the company sold the same amount as in 2021 – 140 million reais.

“We are confident and working with the prospect of growing another 100% in 2022, seeking to accelerate the development of key areas. Therefore, we are building a new headquarters with an area of 3000 m², of which more than 1000 m² will be dedicated to the engineering area.”
